TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

NAT64 Network Services ("we", "us", "our") provides IPv6 network transition services including NAT64 gateway access and IPv6 tunnel connectivity.

IMPORTANT: Customers purchase access to network services only. All IPv4 and IPv6 addresses remain the property of NAT64 Network Services and are licensed for use solely in conjunction with our services.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Network scanning, port scanning, or vulnerability testing of third-party networks
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
• Illegal activities as defined by Canadian law
• DDoS attacks or participation in botnets
• Cryptocurrency mining (without explicit written permission)

3. IP ADDRESS POLICY

Ownership: All IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6) used in our services remain the exclusive property of NAT64 Network Services or our upstream providers.

License: You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use assigned IP addresses solely for accessing our NAT64 services.

Revocation: We reserve the right to change, reassign, or revoke IP addresses at any time with reasonable notice.

4. SERVICE LEVEL

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced 24h in advance)
• Force majeure events
• Upstream provider issues
• DDoS attacks targeting our infrastructure

5. BANDWIDTH & QUOTAS

Bandwidth limits and data quotas are specified in your service plan. Excessive usage may result in:

• Temporary throttling
• Service suspension
• Additional charges as per our pricing schedule

6. ABUSE & COMPLIANCE

We maintain logs of NAT64 translations as required by Canadian law. Abuse complaints should be directed to: abuse@mgnetworks.ca

We will cooperate with law enforcement and may suspend services immediately if illegal activity is suspected.

7. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Services are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 7 days notice.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Quebec courts.
