USAGE AND OVERAGE

The counter adds inbound and outbound traffic of all tunnels on the plan.

Alerts at 80 % and 100 %, then the plan is reduced to 10 Mbit/s until renewal. Nothing is billed automatically.

An extra 1 TB for $5 CAD is available on request.

Provided prefixes stay assigned during the subscription; they belong to MG Networks and return at closure.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No annual discount, no seasonal sale.
Why are speeds listed as shared ceilings?
Each city has one shared uplink. The plan speed is the most a tunnel can burst to, not a guaranteed sustained rate. Ceilings are validated on our equipment before publication.
Do you sell IPv4 addresses?
No. You keep your own IPv4. Our NAT64 exit lets an IPv6-only network reach IPv4 sites. BGP plans can announce an IPv4 prefix you already hold.
Do you offer refunds?
7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. No refunds for subsequent months.
